He stands for product-oriented, precise cuisine with a classic French foundation and a modern interpretation – clear in its lines, elegant in taste, and uncompromising in quality.

We are all the more delighted to welcome Jochen back to our restaurant, not only as an outstanding chef but also as a friend and old companion.

On this special evening, he will present one of his most famous signature dishes: his legendary bouillabaisse – a culinary highlight for all food connoisseurs.
